6-6:05pm - Arrival and meet in the Great Hall

6:05-6:15pm - Whole center curriculum and quality presentation

6:15-6:20pm - Transition to child’s classroom

6:20-6:30 - Curriculum presentation in child’s classroom 1

6:30-6:35 - transition to second child’s classroom

6:35-6:45 - Curriculum presentation in child’s classroom 2 (this is the same as the 6:20 presentation)

If you only have one child, you are done after the first presentation - refreshments/mixer will continue until 7pm in outdoor area
