Dear Parents and Caregivers,

It’s that time of year again! It’s time for our Winter Teacher Bonus Drive!

Twice a year we ask for donations from you to give our staff a bonus as a show of your appreciation for their hard work. During our Spring 2024 fundraising round, parent donations missed our target by over $12,000. Luckily, Common Ground was able to cover the parent portion with operating revenue and still award a bonus in line with what we have previously given (around $1500 per full time employee). As a reminder, as to not jeopardize our non-profit status, teachers and staff are not allowed to accept gifts directly from families other than cards, hand made items, or home baked things. The bonus fund is the best way to say ‘thank you!’

This round, in order to continue with the same size gift, our budget is modeled on an average per-family contribution of around $600.

Donations made to this fund are tax deductible and may qualify for donation matching from your company.

This year, we ask that you pledge your donation using the form below. Common Ground will then invoice you for the donation through either Brightwheel if you make payments there or through Quickbooks if you pay by ACH.

You may also make your donation through our PayPal Giving Fund: paypal.com/us/fundraiser/charity/1778362, however, please let us know that you have made the donation by filling out the form below.

We ask that pledges be in by November 20th, however, donations do not need to be made until February 28, 2025. (and yes, that means that you can make donations in each tax year!)
