Dear Parents and Caregivers,

It’s time for our Spring Teacher Bonus Fund Drive! With teacher appreciation week, just around the corner, this is a great way to show your appreciation for our teachers.

Twice a year we ask for donations from you to give our staff a bonus as a show of your appreciation for their hard work. Our goal is to award around $1700 per full time employee, and a little something for part time staff that work during the school year. As a reminder, as to not jeopardize our non-profit status, teachers and staff are not allowed to accept gifts directly from families other than cards, hand made items, or home baked things. The bonus fund is the best way to say ‘thank you!’

This round, in order to continue with the same size gift, our budget is modeled on an average per-family contribution of around $600, but please don’t feel limited by that amount! These funds are used for teacher appreciation year round and we will increase the size of the staff gift if we have additional available funds.

Donations made to this fund are tax deductible and may qualify for donation matching from your company.

This year, we ask that you pledge your donation using the form below. Common Ground will then invoice you for the donation through either Brightwheel if you make payments there or through Quickbooks if you pay by ACH.

You may also make your donation through our PayPal Giving Fund: paypal.com/us/fundraiser/charity/1778362, however, please let us know that you have made the donation by filling out the form below.

We ask that pledges be in by May 22nd, however, donations do not need to be made until August 15, 2026.
