Dear Common Ground Parents and Caregivers!

We had such a wonderful time last week at On the Border! We raised over $446 from our event. We can’t wait for the next one in January!

Today is our last day before the Thanksgiving Holiday, but we have some EXCITING events coming up when we return!

The Scholastic Book Fair starts MONDAY with the Stuffy Sleepover!

Get ready! This year's Book Fair is going to be epic! We've turned up the volume with more fun, more choices and more excitement, so kids will arrive curious and leave bolder, prouder, and stronger than ever before. Here's what you need to know about our upcoming fair:

Every dollar you spend will benefit our school directly
We will have evening book fair showing hours on Monday and Friday!

Giving Tuesday and the Teacher Bonus Fund

Giving Tuesday is November 29th and it’s the perfect day to make a donation to the Teacher Bonus Fund! As a 501c3, donations made to Common Ground are Tax Deductible! There’s no better way to see your donations in action than by supporting Common Ground.

We are still behind on the target parent donation portion that we would like to be able to match for our teachers. To date we are $16,000 short based on just the donations that have been pledged/made to the PayPal Giving Fund. We have gone ahead and awarded a very generous bonus to our teachers in time for holiday shopping this weekend, so we are counting on the generosity of our families for their portion!

If you have submitted any donations for a match from your company, please let us know, so that we can include that in the parent portion for the Common Ground Match.

COVID Test Kits

We have COVID kits available for every family that wants them at pick up today. The expiration date has been extended on these kits to the end of April 2023.
