George Mason University Center for Community Mental Health Emotional Support Line - Are you living with stress, anxiety or grief? Low-cost therapy sessions are also available upon request. You can access free, anonymous, and confidential support from the comfort of your home. Trained providers are available 7 days/week to offer help, teach evidence-based skills and to listen. Emotional Support Lines – available in English and Español .
The Community Services Board has created a new 1-page flyer (attached) detailing resources available to county residents dealing with mental health or substance use concerns. The publication includes phone numbers and facility information for individuals in crisis and those needing help. The flyer lets residents know that in Fairfax County, help is available 24/7 --- day or night, there is always someone to talk to, someone to respond, and somewhere to go. The county has resources ready to help anyone, anytime with mental health or substance use concerns. Please see the attached flyers in English and Spanish.
