Thanksgiving Meal Boxes

The Holidays are coming up! It is a time to reflect on our blessings and express our gratitude for all we have been given, especially here at Common Ground. We are incredibly grateful for all of our families and staff who have made our dreams possible!

Now it is time to take all of our love and gratitude and spread it around Reston to people who could use some more blessings during this most precious time.

THAT IS WHY WE ARE WORKING WITH CORNERSTONES TO DO THANKSGIVING BOXES THIS YEAR! Last year was such a success, we are aiming to fill 25 boxes for Reston families this year.

For every $20.00 you spend, you get one hour! For every trip you make to drop off you get one hour!

1. There will be a signup available soon, posted here:

and on our website. This just helps us know ahead of time how many we can expect! You can also pick up a box from the office when they're available.

2. Thanksgiving Boxes will be available starting on November 1st and will be available for pickup until November 15th. With each box there will be a list of all the things that go into it!

3. Boxes need to be returned by COB November 18th! The gift card that goes with it can be handed to an office staff member, the boxes can go back in the office where they came from!

4. WE NEED DRIVERS! If you're interested in picking up and driving boxes to the drop off point please let us know!
