A sensory diet is a customized activity plan that offers specific sensory input to help individuals maintain focus and organization throughout the day. The primary objective of a sensory diet is to provide a structured and scheduled sensory experience for individuals that can help them regulate themselves, enhance attention, reduce anxiety, and cope with challenges in their surroundings. We will explore simple, cost-effective methods to create an environment that benefits all children.
