Build a Better Team through Facilitated Collaboration (Five-part series – 1.0 hour each)
In this five-part series, we will explore the impact of collaboration on the emotional well-being of early childhood educators and leaders. Using a tool designed to increase open and effective communication, leaders will practice problem identification and resolution. We will develop solutions by identifying “areas of difference,” thus enhancing team collaboration with peers and families.
Please note: Length of Presentation: 1 hour virtual in addition to a 1 hour extended learning (A total of 10 professional learning hours).
