We take care of you, and you can add the people you love.
Taking care of our team is part of how we take care of children and families. That's why Common Ground covers 100% of the cost of dental insurance for every eligible staff member. Your own coverage costs you nothing.
You can also add your children, your spouse, or your whole family to the plan. Common Ground still pays the full cost of your portion, and you pay only the difference through payroll deduction.

Deductions are split evenly across our 24 paychecks each year (two per month).
